Things to know before you book:

  • We do not offer daily housekeeping, our suites are all self catered, so please bring along any items that will make your stay more comfortable – this is one way we are able to keep our prices low!
  • Our property is Smoke/Vape free for everyone’s enjoyment
  • We highly recommend travel insurance, it is a very affordable way to bring peace of mind because you just never know what life might bring you!

Rates Policy:

  • All prices are per night, and are subject to change
  • All rates are based on double occupancy
  • Prior to booking please check the maximum occupancy allowed per room, an additional charge of $50.00/person per night will apply to overages

Reservation Policy:

  • A valid credit card is required for all bookings. The card provided at time of booking will be charged for balance as per our policy
  • We charge a non-refundable first night. This is due to invalid credit cards being used to book rooms
  • Guests choosing to leave prior to the completion of their vacation (or eliminating days at time of check in) will not be eligible for refund

Cancellation Policy:

  • A 30 day cancellation policy applies to all bookings
  • If you cancel before the 30 days, you will be charged a one-night non-refundable deposit
  • Within the 30 days, the full stay will be charged.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice

No Show Policy:

  • A no show will result in the full stay being charged to your credit card
